The entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation are strong with Francesco Dell’Endice, founder and Chief Executive Officer of QualySense. With a Ph.D. in Spectroscopy and Remote Sensing from the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and holder of engineering degrees from universities in Italy, France, and Australia, he is leading the company made up of a dynamic and very international team. Francesco believes that one should draw upon the passion and dedication of people to destroy mountains and create a better future for humanity.
Paolo D’Alcini
Founder, Chief Operating Officer
With 25 years of experience managing complex technology projects, Paolo D’Alcini, PMP, is a co-founder and the Chief Operations Officer of QualySense. Paolo ensures the seamless operations of the entire supply chain and production, to provide our customers with outstanding product integration and after-sales services. Paolo’s fluency in English, German, and Italian, and his good command of French allow him to efficiently communicate with the team and partners.
Riccardo Tediosi, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Motivated and driven by good design practices and efficiency, Riccardo brings to the company his multi-year experience in Corporate R&D and Engineering Management practices and processes. He holds a master's degree in Photonics and a PhD in Physics. During the course of his career, he became passionate about the “engineering of organizations” and found his way to QualySense in 2018 where he can now combine, Purpose, Passion, and Progress. With an Executive MBA degree, he can serve the company in many ways while keeping a strong focus on product development and digital innovation. Beat Bühlmann
Chairman of the Board
Beat was an early investor in QualySense and has been a member of the Board of Directors of since 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the field of Venture Capital and Private Equity. During his career Beat was responsible for fundraisings from institutional investors as well as investments in the amount of several billion USD. He has managed direct investments as well as co-investments and fund investments in various sectors around the globe. Since 2013 he has served as the Chairman of Ferrum, a family-owned industrial group active in the global beverage and food industry (market leader in can seamers) as well as the chemical, fine chemical, oil, and pharmaceutical industry (centrifuge technology). As a business angel, he is backing various start-ups in Europe and the US. Beat Buehlmann earned a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich and completed the AMP at Harvard Business School.
